We have received feedback from parents and children alike, that Santa Dan is one of the most interactive, energetic, and youthful Santa’s they have ever been with. Santa Dan GA is incredibly relatable to children and has been told on many occasions that his persona is extremely comforting as opposed to prior experiences with very quiet Santa’s that can sometimes come off somewhat intimidating to children. 

Booking is easy! You can schedule your desired personal session using the booking link provided in the MINI-SESSION CALENDAR OF EVENTS section above. You simply need to select your preferred date and time. A credit card is required when scheduling your session and a non-refundable booking retainer fee is required at booking to confirm your time slot. That’s it! Yes, the days of waiting in long lines at the mall are over! You now have access to your own personal Santa! For all other types of Santa Dan experiences, click HERE to select.

This is the booking fee that reserves your spot on the calendar. This fee is also used to pay Santa. If you miss your session or cancel at the last minute, Santa still has to be paid therefore this fee is nonrefundable 

Our mini-session set can accommodate Santa plus up to 2 adults & 3 children comfortably in a single photo. We will not be able to accommodate larger groups, however if only single individuals with Santa photos are desired, we can handle more, but will be limited to your allotted time slot. You may purchase an additional time slot to accommodate more family members if you choose.

This will depend on the location of the session. Some locations may not allow pets, while some may. You should message us in advance of booking your session if you wish to include a pet in your session.

We respectfully request that you refrain from taking any pictures or video during the session. This will create distraction and take away from your paid session time to capture the professional photos. At the end of the session if there is still time, you’re more than welcome to do a quick shot, but keep in mind Santa may need to exit quickly in preparation for the next session. We appreciate your cooperation with this.

We understand things come up, illness, etc. We prefer you do not show up for your session with a sick child. As soon as you know you are unable to make your session, we request you cancel your appointment ASAP. Contact info will be provided after booking. You can cancel your session up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment without being charged a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no shows are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. The retainer fee remains non-refundable even in the event of illness. If rescheduling is possible, we can transfer your original retainer to the rescheduled session, but will only be credited upon payment in full of the rescheduled session. 

If you see that you are running late, you must communicate via text ASAP! Email is not monitored during session times so please do not email. Contact info will be provided after booking. Any family running more than 5 minutes late for their session may have their session time cut short or will have to forfeit their time. We may be able to move your time to the end of the full session, but this cannot be guaranteed. As a reminder, booking fee retainers are nonrefundable.

Following the end of your session, within 3-5 business days, we will send your personal link to your online image gallery. The gallery will include watermarked images from your session from which you will select your included images and download. You will also have the option to purchase additional images from the session or your entire gallery at a special discount.

Absolutely! We offer Christmas cards as well as canvas prints, wall art, albums and other printed products, which can be ordered directly from your personal online gallery. However, if you would like to print your own cards elsewhere, we also provide you with a PRINT RELEASE for all purchased images for use at a 3rd party printer of your choice.
